Job Objective Essential Job Tasks Areas of Responsibility * Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations. * Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff. * Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. * Contribute to menu planning and innovation. * Maintain inventory and support cost control measures. Required Qualifications * Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification. * At least 2\-3 years of experience in same capacity in star class hotel. * Strong leadership and teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
