Cashier Supervisor

Description

**Job Responsibilities:** Perform cash register opening and closing procedures; Supervise store cash register operations; Support cashiers during customer service; Monitor cancellations, reversals, and returns; Manage change funds and cash register replenishment; Assist customers and resolve discrepancies; Monitor store organization, queues, and service efficiency; Guide and supervise the cashier team; Support store leadership in front-end administrative routines. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior experience as a cashier supervisor or cashier auditor; Basic computer skills and experience operating cash register systems; Responsible, organized, good communicator, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in supermarkets, gourmet markets, or food retail; Experience with cash register closing and financial reconciliation; Knowledge of customer service and team leadership. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, medical insurance, dental insurance, pharmacy benefits, SESC partnership, higher education institution partnership, TotalPass, lunch provided on Saturdays. **Notes:** Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 11:50 AM to 8:05 PM / Friday: 10:50 AM to 8:05 PM / Saturday: 10:50 AM to 8:05 PM / Holidays are occasional. **Immediate start.** **Must reside in Campinas and surrounding areas.** Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.300,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Have you previously worked as a Store Auditor or Cashier Supervisor?
