What are the challenges of this opportunity? * Work on-site, ensuring efficient and organized execution of technical building activities; * Apply the 5S philosophy principles in the workplace to promote organization and standardization; * Use agile methodology (Kanban) to monitor and manage activities; * Manage internal and third-party teams, ensuring productivity and quality in deliverables; * Control logistics of supplies and materials, guaranteeing availability according to schedule; * Monitor and apply construction industry technologies, including ERP and BIM systems; * Conduct evaluation and acceptance of services, ensuring high technical standards; * Maintain effective communication with teams and strong interpersonal relationships. **In addition, what else do you need?** Strong communication skills; Organization; Team management capability; Interpersonal relationship skills; and refined technical judgment.
