




Job Summary: The professional will supervise and monitor automated systems, identify failures, perform adjustments, and maintain detailed records, as well as analyze data and provide technical support. Analyze data and generate reports for engineering teams * Supervise and monitor the performance of automated systems in real time, ensuring all processes operate as expected; * Identify alarms, issues, and system failures and report them to the engineering team; * Adjust operational parameters and configure systems upon request from the engineering team; * Maintain detailed records of operations, events, failures, and maintenance performed on the system; * Analyze data and information collected by the supervisory system to identify trends and communicate findings to the engineering team; * Participate in the configuration, updating, and maintenance of automation systems and supervisory software together with technical and engineering teams; * Train and provide support to technicians and other system operators; * Register and remove users and authorizations in the access control system; * Extract data and generate reports from automation systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems upon request from the engineering team. * Perform other related tasks as required by service needs and superior guidance; * Provide occasional assistance to any maintenance department requiring emergency team support. Requirements: Demonstrate qualification as a mid-level technician in electrotechnology, electricity, networks, telecommunications, electronics, or electromechanics via a Professional Registration Certificate issued by the CRT. Have professional experience in maintenance activities within their area of specialization, evidenced by entries in the Work and Social Security Record Book.
