Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of drink production, training waitstaff on new drinks, and guaranteeing efficient beverage delivery, inventory control, and effective communication between the bar and dining area. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality and efficiency in the production and delivery of drinks. 2. Responsible for team training and bar inventory control. 3. Promote effective communication between the bar and dining area. Will be responsible for ensuring the quality and production timing of the restaurant's drinks.
