




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the entire bar operation, including menu knowledge, drink pairing, inventory organization, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in all beverages and menu items, including pairing. 2. Responsible for bar and inventory organization and restocking. 3. Providing courteous customer service and maintaining bar organization. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of all beverages and menu items in general (recipes, preparation time, and pricing); must understand drink and beverage pairing with menu items. Verify all existing stock items, request missing items, and restock the bar; check whether refrigerators are sufficiently stocked for operations; before starting the shift, ensure that everything is clean and organized, and prepare all necessary raw materials and products required to prepare and serve bar offerings; organize inventory; "store and properly handle beverages and wines, verifying product expiration dates and ensuring refrigerators and wine cellars function properly; keep the bar consistently organized, especially during peak hours; serve all staff, especially waiters, with satisfaction and professionalism; greet customers courteously and warmly; know the menu thoroughly and be able to describe items upon customer inquiry; perform bar closing procedures, ensuring full organization; inspect and monitor beverage expiration dates. Wash, dry, and store personal utensils. Prior experience in this role or a similar position in restaurants is required. General beverage knowledge is desirable.
