Inventory management and essential process control Work schedule: 11:40 PM to 7:20 AM, including a 1-hour break * Deliver unique experiences through efficient and high-quality products. Ensure LAO (Opening Procedure), performing shift opening according to standard mise en place, executing operations during service per technical specifications/presentation standards, and conducting shift closing to preserve equipment lifespan and avoid waste of supplies across all storage areas. * Each order is a unique opportunity to create a memorable experience. Knowledge and execution of mise en place, technical specifications, presentation standards, menu, and processes form the foundation for delivering a positive and personalized experience. Proper inventory management (storage and control) is essential for maintaining optimal raw material utilization.
