**Responsibilities**
* Operate the bar during lunch and dinner services efficiently and with high quality
* Prepare drinks, cocktails, and beverages strictly following Mezzo’s standardized recipes
* Ensure consistency in execution and presentation of each preparation
* Complete full bar mise en place before each service
* Monitor bar inventory, supporting COGS control and waste reduction
* Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep
* Ensure implemented processes are followed with discipline
* Collaborate closely with the dining room to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Proven experience as a bartender (minimum 1 year — verifiable employment record or reference)
* Mastery of cocktail techniques: shaking, mixing, layering, garnishing, and precise measurement
* Knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, beers, and beverage menus
* Ability to work strictly with standardized recipes — no improvisation during service
* Full availability for split shifts: lunch and dinner, with a break between shifts
* Professional demeanor, direct communication, and good personal presentation
* Maturity to receive feedback and discipline to follow established processes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Personal vehicle
* Knowledge of wines and food pairing
* Experience developing original or seasonal drink menus
* Bartending, mixology, or sommelier training
* Basic English or Spanish
