Job Summary: Responsible for counter service, operating bar routines, preparing and serving beverages quickly and with quality, while ensuring hygiene and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and communication for efficient service **JOB DESCRIPTION:** · Serves customers at the establishment's counter, being responsible for beverage service **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Executes daily operational routines of the bar/counter department; · Performs mise\-en\-place for beverage preparation; · Prepares cocktails and serves beer to customers with quality and safety; · Prioritizes continuous quality, standardization, and speed in beverage delivery to customers; · Verifies the quality of purchased raw materials/products, as well as their proper storage and handling in inventory and production; · Develops and follows routine checklists and operational procedures; · Communicates\-with cashiers, servers, and front-line leaders to maintain service pace and beverage delivery, prioritizing production quality and monitoring delivery timing; · Ensures workplace safety, acts preventively, and remains prepared to handle accidents and general emergencies; · Performs other tasks assigned by the company within the scope of one's competencies; · Reviews service orders; · Prepares beverages quickly and in a standardized manner; · Participates in cleaning, opening, and closing routines of the department according to schedule; · Applies service techniques, protocols, and scripts; · Informs the front-line leader about materials not in perfect condition (e.g., chipped or cracked tableware, bent cutlery or cutlery with broken tips) for appropriate action; · Maintains equipment and utensils in clean and good working condition; · Maintains personal uniform clean and in good condition; **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** · Speed · Teamwork · Communication · Ability to handle conflict situations confidently · Attention to detail · Ethics · Technical knowledge of service operations **REPORTS TO:** Front-line leader Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.800,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Do you have experience as a bar attendant/bartender?
