**About the position** We are looking for a Bar Assistant to join our team. The person will assist with bar operations, ensuring organization, efficient customer service, and support in preparing beverages, contributing to an excellent customer experience. **Key responsibilities** * Assist the bartender in preparing cocktails and beverages. * Organize and stock the bar with beverages, fruits, ice, and utensils. * Clean glasses, equipment, and work areas. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the environment throughout operations. * Support the team to ensure service efficiency and quality. **Requirements** * Prior experience in bars, restaurants, or customer service is a plus. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. * Efficiency, organization, and proactivity. * Ability to work well in a team. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred qualifications** * Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverages. * Experience in high-volume environments. * Willingness to learn and grow in the bartending field. * **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Tips * Opportunities for career advancement within the company. * **Working hours:** Rotating 5x2 schedule — two days off per week. Monday to Thursday: 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Friday: 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Saturday: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM — 2-hour lunch break.
