Preparing juices and cocktail garnishes \- Assist the bartender in beverage preparation. \- Prepare juices and cocktail garnishes. \- Keep the bar stocked with beverages, ice, and other supplies. \- Prepare fruit cuts for drinks. \- Maintain a clean and organized bar. \- Wash glasses, wine glasses, and coffee cups, organizing\-them in designated locations for use in the dining area.
