We seek professionals who wish to grow and challenge themselves in an environment of excellence. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Bakery experience * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling. **Soft Skills:** * Be organized; * Have good interpersonal skills; * Be able to handle possible adverse situations; * Be proactive; * Be agile in handling multiple simultaneous situations; **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing cakes, desserts, cookies, savory snacks, pies, cupcakes, fillings, and frostings. * Assist in organizing dishes, refrigerators, utensils, and equipment used in production. * Assist in organizing and storing food items after production concludes. * Assist in producing other store products when necessary or upon request by the immediate supervisor; * Clean and sanitize the workplace and equipment used after each workday, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling; * Use and maintain personal protective equipment and uniforms, ensuring their hygiene and integrity, as required for performing work routines; * Perform duties in accordance with company values and rules. **Benefits:** * Breakfast Dental plan * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meals provided at the workplace * Performance-based bonus (productivity), as per collective agreement Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1\.750,68 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Bakery (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
