Responsibilities: As a ***Bakery Assistant***, you will ***actively participate in the process of creating the cakes and desserts*** that delight our customers. ***Your responsibilities include:*** \- Carry out the entire production process of cakes and desserts—from ingredient weighing to final product finishing; \- Maintain hygiene when handling all products and raw materials during production; \- Ensure thorough cleaning of all machinery used in production, preparation utensils, and the entire workspace—from opening until closing; \- Follow the daily checklist; \- Label products with expiration dates and monitor their validity periods; \- Maintain proper usage standards and care for products, raw materials, work environment, and sanitation procedures. \- Prepare all products for display in the sales showcase; About the Position: Please review the following **Requirements**, essential for joining this team: * **Basic knowledge** of cooking and/or baking; * Completion of elementary school (fundamental education) is ***mandatory***; * Ability to **work in a team** and maintain good **interpersonal relationships**; * Be **organized, detail-oriented, and attentive to hygiene rules**; * Be **helpful**, always wear a **smile, be punctual, agile, proactive, and committed**; **⚠ Adhere to sanitary and company regulations;** **SMOKING, LOOSE HAIR, LONG AND POLISHED NAILS, PIERCINGS**, and **other ornaments are strictly prohibited during working hours.** **Working Hours, Remuneration, and Benefits:** * **6-day workweek schedule**, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with **\*: 1-hour lunch break**, and **1 fixed day off per week**, of which *one day off per month must fall on a Sunday.* * **Working hours:** from **8:00 AM to 4:20 PM** **ATTENTION: FULL AVAILABILITY FOR THE SCHEDULED SHIFT IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED.** Remuneration: R$ 2.076,00 Benefits**:** Food allowance of R$ 360.00 **per month \+** Transportation voucher (VT) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting at R$2.076,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
