Job Summary: Assist in the preparation, production, and finishing of bakery and confectionery products, as well as organizing the workplace, receiving ingredients, and managing inventory. Receiving and managing ingredient inventory Assist in the preparation, production, and finishing of bakery and confectionery products, such as breads, rolls, and cakes. Additionally, the bakery assistant is responsible for organizing and cleaning the workplace, receiving and storing ingredients and products, and managing inventory.
