Job Summary: A bakery assistant responsible for baking bread and cakes, developing and testing new products, and ensuring quality and organization within the department. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in the manufacturing and development of bakery products. 2. Conducts tests for raw material approval and final quality analysis. 3. Maintains the work area clean and organized, following internal standards. The bakery is seeking a Bakery Assistant in Porto Alegre. Supports research and development of new products and improvement of existing ones. Conducts tests for product development and raw material batch approval. Records test results in dedicated spreadsheets. Analyzes final product quality. Monitors and performs baking tests. Keeps the work area clean and organized. Complies with company procedures, internal standards, and safety regulations.
