Job Summary: Assist in the production, shaping, baking, and finishing of bread, savory items, and desserts; organize products, serve customers, and maintain a sanitized work area. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of hygiene and product control Assist in producing bread, savory items, desserts, and other bakery goods. Help with shaping, baking, and finishing simple products. Package, label, and arrange products on display cases and shelves. Serve customers courteously when required. Keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitized according to health regulations. Monitor product expiration dates, quality, and restocking. Support bakers and pastry chefs in daily tasks.
