Job Summary: A bakery in Indaiatuba is seeking a Baker to prepare, shape, and bake breads while controlling ingredient quality and organizing the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Organize and sanitize the workplace and equipment The bakery is looking for a Baker in Indaiatuba. **Responsibilities:** Prepare dough for breads, sweet rolls, dinner rolls, and other products. Shape, ferment, and bake breads according to appropriate time and temperature. Control the quality of ingredients and dough. Follow company recipes and production standards. Organize and sanitize the workplace and equipment. Monitor inventory of supplies such as flour, yeast, and other ingredients. Assist in production planning according to daily demand. Position located in Indaiatuba / SP. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Assistant Baker, Bakery Chef, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
