Do you have experience with distributed Java systems and would like to work from home implementing systems used by millions of people at a company that values and empowers its professionals? The company is a consultancy with 11 years of experience, focusing exclusively on long-term projects that generate positive societal impact and support developer growth. Additionally, it believes in agile development, DevOps, and remote work, following a model entirely distinct from body shopping—you are not tied to the initial project nor dependent on whether the client continues the project or not. Daily practices demonstrate your genuine integration into the company—for example, code reviews for projects are conducted by individuals external to that specific client account.
