Explain the menu and assist customers in making choices. Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other desserts. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Receive payments and operate the cash register. Keep ingredient and product inventory stocked. Follow food hygiene and safety standards. Maintain positive customer relationships and appropriately resolve any issues or complaints. Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the establishment.
