




Job Summary: Deliver excellent customer service and food production across multiple stations, including sales, order assembly, restaurant cleaning and organization, and food preparation. Preparation of menu items following hygiene standards and protocols Perform at an excellence level in service and production areas (cashier, counter, sales, dining area, support/delivery, grill station, french fries station, pantry, salad station, ice cream station, toaster station, and meat warming oven). • Serve customers at the counter, identifying their needs and providing information about campaigns, promotions, products, and novelties. • Conduct sales following the structured process for suggestive and complementary selling steps. • Monitor stock levels in sales and production sections and perform restocking or request assistance from the Supervisor as needed. • Promptly escalate dissatisfied or complaining customers—regarding products, services, or service—to the Manager for resolution. • Assemble orders for meals, sandwiches, and desserts according to established standards. • Assemble, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment per training and instructions provided by the Supervisor and/or management team. • Maintain and safeguard equipment and utensils in assigned areas. • Clean machinery and utensils according to established standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all restaurant areas, adhering to scheduled cleaning routines—including restrooms. • Prepare menu items according to company standards and procedures (preparation times, shelf life, equipment temperatures, portion sizes), complying with internal food handling regulations and health surveillance requirements. • Organize and clean dry, refrigerated, and/or frozen storage areas; transport goods from delivery trucks to designated storage locations. • At all times, comply with Food Safety regulations per ANVISA procedures, standards, and guidelines.
