Grupo FIT is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our stores at Macapá Airport. If you have energy, enjoy selling, and wish to grow professionally, join our team! Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting customers politely and cheerfully. * Presenting menu options and helping customers choose the best dish or snack. * Accurately recording orders and relaying them to the kitchen. * Operating the cash register and assisting with table and counter organization. * Ensuring customers leave satisfied so they return repeatedly. What we’re looking for: * Communicative individuals who enjoy serving the public. * Organized and punctual individuals. * A willingness to learn sales and customer service techniques. * No extensive experience required; prior work in restaurants or retail is a plus. What you’ll receive: * Salary: R$ 1.580,00. * Additional income: You also receive TIPS. * Benefits: On-site meals (house-prepared food) and Transportation Allowance. * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off per week (plus one Sunday off per month). Working Hours: We have openings for morning, afternoon, and night shifts (airport-based schedule). **Work Location:** Macapá Airport.
