Associate Lawyer

Description

Female or male lawyer for litigation and advisory work in the areas of real estate law and civil/commercial law. Remote work. Grando Advogados Associados is a law firm operating in Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo, specializing in real estate law, corporate law, contract law, and capital markets law. The firm is seeking a female or male lawyer to join its team on a fully remote basis, with no geographical restrictions. Candidates must hold an active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and must have completed or be currently pursuing postgraduate studies in real estate law, contract law, civil law, or commercial law—or possess relevant practical experience in these fields. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in drafting legal documents and contracts, the ability to independently analyze complex legal matters, and personal organization compatible with remote work. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents and contractual instruments, monitoring judicial proceedings, conducting legislative and case-law research, and participating in handling highly complex cases, all under technical supervision and review for each deliverable. Applicants must submit a resume together with one legal document or contractual instrument authored by themselves, which will form part of the evaluation.
