OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Description

**MISSION:** Ensure operational support for TPS, contributing to the proper functioning of terminal areas, quality of passenger service, organization of operational processes, and compliance with safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct operational monitoring of TPS areas, ensuring organization, cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of facilities; * Perform periodic inspections of restrooms, operational rooms, common areas, and other terminal environments, verifying conditions of use, cleanliness, and replenishment of supplies; * Identify and report operational incidents, maintenance needs, damages, and non-conformities through internal systems and channels; * Monitor passenger flow in terminal areas, supporting actions to maintain service quality and customer experience; * Record operational data in reports, checklists, and occurrence logs (LOV), ensuring information traceability; * Support control and organization of materials and supplies used in TPS operations; * Respond to and support urgent operational demands, contributing to rapid resolution of incidents; * Support operational contingency actions, reorganization of flows, and service delivery during peak periods; * Verify compliance with operational standards, safety regulations (AVSEC and SST), internal procedures, and quality requirements; * Maintain constant communication with departments involved in airport operations, ensuring activity alignment; * Assist in monitoring operational indicators and implementing continuous improvement actions at the terminal. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of Airport Operations; * Basic Operations Course; * Power BI **At VINCI Airports, our employees’ well-being is our top priority, and by joining our team, you will have access to:** * Health and Dental Insurance: comprehensive coverage provided by Bradesco; * Meal Allowance fully paid during vacations; * Wellhub: access to gyms and physical activities to promote your health and well-being; * Life Insurance: additional protection for you; * Castor Program: purchase shares of the VINCI Group, offering the opportunity to become a shareholder of the world’s largest private airport operator; * Remote Work: one day per week; * Continuous Learning Environment: we invest in your professional development through courses and training; * Childcare Assistance and School Tuition Reimbursement: for dependents, subject to eligibility rules. **Join us! \#VemSerVINCI \#VenhaTrabalharConosco** **Why join us?** Our purpose is: CONNECT TO TRANSFORM But what does “Connect to Transform” mean?
