We are seeking an Architecture Assistant to directly support the structuring and standardization of autonomous retail store projects across Brazil — with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and functional aesthetics. **Key responsibilities** * Support architectural project development (3D, layout, and construction documents); * Produce technical floor plans, specifications, and presentations; * Liaise with suppliers and franchisees to clarify project details; * Support standardization of replicable layouts and designs; * Assist in technical analysis of commercial locations (site visits and technical surveys); * Manage project revision control, documentation, and delivery schedules. **Requirements** * Must reside in Campinas and surrounding region; * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning (completed or nearing completion); * Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; * Strong ability to read and detail technical construction drawings and 3D models; * Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with diverse teams; * Interest in *franchise formats, retail, and standardized commercial projects*. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with franchises, retail, or store design projects; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit (preferred); * Interest in modular architecture solutions, autonomous store formats, and expanding retail networks. **What we offer** * A collaborative, innovative environment with a fast-paced execution rhythm; * Direct involvement in building new retail models; * Growth opportunities alongside the company; * Access to real-world projects and cross-functional collaboration (engineering, technology, expansion, operations).
