Post-sales activities to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** **Location:** Atiradores Neighborhood **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 2.900,00 - No commission **Meal Voucher:** R$ 700,00 **Transportation Voucher** **Responsibilities:** * Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and e-mail (sales of professional audio equipment, among others) * Support for senior sales team in order closing * Preparation of technical commercial quotations and proposals * Updating customer records and contact history * Post-sales activities to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities **Requirements:** * Experience in online sales; * High school diploma completed. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
