




Job Summary: The Commercial Assistant is responsible for converting qualified leads into enrollments by understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions to achieve conversion targets. Orientation toward results in a goal-oriented environment. **JOB MISSION** The Commercial Assistant will be responsible for converting qualified leads into enrollments, playing a crucial role in the growth and success of the Unit. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Contact leads generated by Marketing and work to convert them into enrollments; * Understand leads' needs and interests and present customized solutions that meet their expectations. * Present the benefits and differentiators of our educational courses and programs persuasively. * Overcome objections and resolve any concerns raised by leads to close enrollments. * Achieve and exceed the lead-to-enrollment conversion targets set by the institution. * Follow up with applicants of the Unit proactively to convert them into enrollments within established deadlines; * Ensure accurate recording of all interactions; **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Academic background in related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, etc.) is considered a plus.
