If you share these values and wish to grow in a dynamic and challenging environment, join us and become part of this success story. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Restock and replenish products on gondolas, shelves, and display islands; * Check product expiration dates, integrity, and organization; * Assist in inventory control and verification of received goods; * Support pricing, product identification, and promotional signage; * Ensure organization and standardization of the work area; * Provide basic customer support, referring customers to the sales team when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Interest in working in retail and learning about store operations; * Basic understanding of organization and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Ability to work well in a team and willingness to perform hands-on tasks; * Good communication skills and proactive customer service attitude. **Additional Information** * Remuneration: R$7.40 per hour, average monthly income of R$1\.000,00; * Meal allowance: R$17.00 on training days (twice per week); * Food basket: R$50.00; * Transportation voucher (VT); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (discounts at gyms); * Employee discounts on company products; * Partnerships with various institutions, among others; * Opportunity to provide services at the **Casa do Chocolate Messejana Store**; * Schedules: **Professional Practice**: Monday to Friday (4 hours/day) **Theoretical Training**: Wednesday and Thursday – opposite shift, totaling 8 hours across these two days. Note: Two days per week will include opposite-shift classes for the apprenticeship course in the **Fátima neighborhood**.
