We operate a high-speed hybrid business model: a robust online wholesale platform and a nationwide consignment model. **Job Mission** To serve as the execution force that brings our brand to life digitally. You are the bridge between our ideas and the customer’s screen: generating images using AI, mastering editing in CapCut, recording Stories, and keeping our e-commerce storefront impeccable. Unlike those who merely "press buttons" or "automate tasks", you ensure brand aesthetics and quality are preserved in every detail. Strategy is developed collaboratively, but the magic of launching everything on time—and with perfect visuals—rests entirely in your hands. **Desired Profile** * **Aesthetic Sense and Passion for Sparkle**: You possess natural good taste and identify with the world of fashion jewelry. You can glance at an AI-generated photo or an edited video and instantly assess whether the piece is enhanced, whether its sparkle captures attention, and whether the image conveys the delicacy and sophistication our brand demands. * **The Eye Behind the Camera**: You don’t need to appear on camera—but you command the lens. You move quickly to grab a smartphone, find optimal lighting and angles, and record team members showcasing the pieces. Whether it’s a new CapCut trend or a different AI command, you explore, test, and learn. Uploading images and organizing products on the e-commerce platform are routine tasks demanding high concentration, organization, and method. You recognize excellence lies in consistently executing fundamentals flawlessly—never allowing pixelated photos or disorganized information to slip through. **Positive Differentiators** * Practical familiarity with editing: Ability to use CapCut on mobile or PC efficiently (cuts, transitions, dynamic captions, audio synchronization). * Strong Portuguese language skills: Excellent writing and reading ability. You’ll schedule posts and manage our digital storefront, so spelling errors or inattention to written content cannot occur. * Extreme attention to detail: Capacity to focus on execution. You must have patience and method to upload products to the e-commerce platform without omitting information—ensuring all content meets standards. * Basic aesthetic sensibility: Understanding of what constitutes a beautiful, well-framed, well-lit image—and the ability to distinguish amateur content from content that enhances the product. * Prior independent exploration or study of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Canva AI, etc.). * Genuine affinity for fashion jewelry, fashion, trends, or beauty (e.g., consuming related content). * Personal projects, TikTok/Instagram profiles, or academic work demonstrating video editing and image creation proficiency. * Extracurricular courses (even free ones) in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce.
