Warehouse Clerk

Description

Responsible for ensuring effective control, organization, and supply of production materials, maintenance items, consumables, and PPE, guaranteeing uninterrupted factory operations, process compliance, and inventory accuracy. * Monitor inventory levels of production inputs, maintenance materials, consumables, and PPE. * Conduct replenishment analyses (minimum, maximum, and reorder point). * Plan and monitor material resupply. * Organize and maintain a well-structured warehouse. * Receive, inspect, and record materials (production, maintenance, consumables, construction, food). * Validate invoices (with or without movement). * Control incoming machining materials. * Receive and inspect large-volume shipments (e.g., cardboard, plastics). * Verify transport tags and documentation. * Fulfill requests from maintenance and production departments. * Pick, verify, and deliver consumables and office supplies. * Pick and distribute PPE. * Process requisition write-offs (RQs) in the system. * Issue purchase requests (inputs, maintenance, services, construction). * Request administrative services (water, electricity, gas, postal services, etc.). * Request purchases of PPE and various inputs. * Support food supply requests for kitchen/management. * Conduct periodic inventories (monthly and on-demand). * Ensure inventory accuracy. * Investigate discrepancies and propose improvements. * Control inbound and outbound movements. * Prepare and issue delivery notes. * Maintain records and documentation of movements. * Ensure material organization and traceability.
