**Bravura Park is hiring!** We are looking for a new team member to join our operations team and deliver unforgettable experiences to our visitors. **Position: Aerobarco Pilot | Nautical Experience** On-site work in Tijucas – SC Here, more than just operating equipment, we seek professionals capable of delivering service, safety, and immersion in every experience. **Key responsibilities:** * Operate the aerobarco during park operations * Greet and guide visitors before experiences * Ensure customer safety throughout the entire operation * Directly engage with the public with a courteous and strategic attitude * Perform operational checklists and basic equipment inspections * Support the organization of nautical operations and visitor flow * Contribute to a thematic experience aligned with Bravura culture **Desired profile:** * Strong communication skills and ease in public interaction * Professional demeanor, discipline, and sense of responsibility * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proactive and energetic personality * Experience with vessels or operations is a plus ***If you believe in belonging, action, and memorable experiences, we want to meet you!*** Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Work location: On-site
