Ensuring standardization and integrity of information **Position: Administrative Assistant – Happy Kids** **Location: Piracicaba/SP – Uninorte I Neighborhood** Happy Kids, a leading company in operating and organizing children's events in shopping malls nationwide, is looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. We seek a dynamic, organized, detail-oriented individual eager to grow with our company. * **️ Key Responsibilities:** * Daily reconciliation of cash registers for children's events operating across Brazil, updating control spreadsheets; * Remote support and training for cashiers; * Verification of closings, checking receipts, deposits, and reports; * Guidance on procedures and use of internal systems; * Operational and financial assistance to teams; * Ensuring standardization and integrity of received information. * **️ Required Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) – mandatory; * Google Drive – essential; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team. * **️ Requirements:** * Personal means of transportation; * Availability to work during the following hours: * Mon–Fri: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM (1-hour break) * Sat & Sun: 5:00 PM–11:00 PM (15-minute break) * + 1 day off per week \+ 1 Sunday per month. **Salary and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 2.100,00 * **Meal Allowance – Flash Card:** R$ 31.00 per working day (approx.
