




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing and monitoring the transportation and delivery process, interacting with carriers, customers, and sales representatives to resolve pending issues. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of the transportation and delivery cycle 2. Resolution of pending issues with carriers and customers 3. Interaction with multiple stakeholders * Submit pickup requests and schedule deliveries with carriers; * Track and monitor delivery statuses; * Monitor deadlines and incidents during transportation; * Resolve pending issues related to carriers and customers (taxes, damages, verifications, losses, delays, etc.); * Analyze and correctly interpret CT-e data; * Maintain contact and interact with carriers; * Interact with sales representatives and customers. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field; * Must reside in Barueri/SP or surrounding area; * Availability for on-site work.
