Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in the agribusiness sector, with experience in cattle GTA (Animal Transport Guide), issuance of fiscal invoices, documentation for public agencies, and HR and finance routines. Key Highlights: 1. Administration in the agribusiness sector, including cattle GTA (Animal Transport Guide) and issuance of fiscal invoices. 2. Handling documentation for public agencies and HR and finance routines. 3. Proficiency with Google Calendar, Google Drive, and DocuSign. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant \- Agribusiness Company Ribeirão Preto – SP Responsibilities: * Administration in the agribusiness sector; * Knowledge and experience with cattle GTA (Animal Transport Guide); * Experience handling cattle documentation; * Issuance of fiscal invoices; * Issuance of electronic fiscal invoices (NF-e), basic accounting systems, etc.; * Handling documentation for relevant public agencies (state, federal, sanitary, etc.). Knowledge of HR department routines: * Employee onboarding, periodic medical examinations, vacation management, termination procedures. Knowledge of finance department routines: * Processing payments; * Cash flow management; * Performing general administrative tasks; * Understanding of current account operations. Knowledge/skill to schedule appointments using Google Calendar and proficiency in using Google Drive. Ability to upload documents for signature via DocuSign. Requirements: Requirement: Experience in agribusiness (preferred). Benefits: Start fully remote; later transitioning to a hybrid model (expected from April) \- Monday to Friday \- Business hours.
