Opportunity for growth alongside the company Junior Accountant – Active CRC **Location:** Indaiatuba/SP **Work Model:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT or Self-employed/PJ **Salary:** To be negotiated About the Position Cellars Special Beverages is bringing its accounting operations in-house and seeks a Junior Accountant to assume responsibilities currently handled by an external professional. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, tax, fiscal, labor, financial, and controller-related routines across group companies, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, proper organization of information, and support for management. We seek an organized, responsible, analytical individual with interest in structuring and developing the internal accounting function. Main Responsibilities * Perform accounting entries, classifications, and reconciliations; * Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, and other accounting reports; * Execute monthly and annual accounting closings; * Calculate municipal, state, and federal taxes; * Monitor tax classification and compliance with tax obligations; * Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations; * Conduct bank, financial, fiscal, accounting, and inventory reconciliations; * Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow; * Support budget preparation, managerial income statements (DRE), and financial projections; * Control fiscal, accounting, and labor documents; * Manage payroll, vacation, hiring, termination, and labor charges; * Submit information to eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, and other mandatory systems; * Support import processes, tax calculations, and verification of foreign trade documentation; * Respond to inspections, audits, and requests from public authorities; * Maintain updated certificates, registrations, and fiscal regularity for all companies; * Provide accounting, financial, and tax information to executive management; * Organize the transition of activities currently managed by the external accountant; * Propose improvements to internal controls and administrative processes. Requirements: * Active registration with the CRC (Regional Accounting Council); * Knowledge of accounting, tax, fiscal, and labor routines; * Experience with accounting closings and reconciliations; * Knowledge of tax calculations and ancillary obligations; * Knowledge of payroll and labor charges; * Proficiency in Excel; * Organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines; * Ability to work autonomously and handle confidential information. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in trading, distribution, import, or wholesale companies; * Experience with companies under the Presumed Profit or Real Profit taxation regimes; * Knowledge of ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, and COFINS; * Knowledge of interstate transactions and foreign trade; * Experience in controller functions, cost accounting, and managerial reporting.
