Position: Academic Consultant Hortolândia Study Center – Cruzeiro do Sul Virtual University Cruzeiro do Sul Virtual University is seeking a communicative, organized, and education-committed professional to work as an **Academic Consultant** at our Hortolândia/SP study center. Main Responsibilities * In-person, telephone, and online support for students; * Academic support and guidance regarding courses, subjects, and educational platforms; * Monitoring the student journey, assisting with academic and administrative inquiries; * Support in enrollment, re-enrollment, and new student recruitment processes; * Document organization and tracking of academic performance indicators; * Liaison between students, coordination, and university departments; * Participation in commercial activities, events, and study center campaigns.
