We seek talents who wish to grow with us and transform our customers' shopping experience. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Delight customers by ensuring an agile and pleasant shopping journey. * **Operational Support:** Assist with cash register opening and closing procedures with attention and organization. * **Routine Management:** Help update systems and maintain overall store process organization. * **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures. * **Risk Prevention:** Identify potential operational issues and immediately report them to leadership for resolution. **Available Shifts:** * **Morning Shift:** From 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM\. * **Afternoon Shift:** From 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM\. *(Apprentice Youth schedule according to current legislation.)* **Location:** We have units across all regions of São Paulo (North, South, Central, West, and East).
