Learning will occur through departmental internships, as stipulated in the activity schedule signed by all parties (Institution, Roldão, and Apprentice). Work in the administrative department, organizing documents and files, delivering reports to department heads, dispatching mail pouches, preparing rooms for interviews or training sessions, auditing available uniforms in the store, delivering documents and invoices for management signature, and sorting delivery manifests (organized by date and department); Work in the Human Resources department, assisting with resume screening, organizing and sorting payroll statements, organizing medical certificates, scheduling candidates for interviews, supporting the recruitment process, and distributing job application forms and tests; Work in the cashier area, collecting merchandise, processing returns, and serving and guiding store customers; Work in the Customer Service Center (SAC), answering phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate departments, making outbound calls, and organizing invoices and exchange vouchers; Work in the grocery department, checking product expiration dates, performing pricing, restocking light items, and cleaning shelves; Work in the perishables department, checking product expiration dates, restocking, and weighing items. 251128020219428053
