Manage and control attendance (electronic and manual timekeeping)
Analyze and resolve working hours inconsistencies (absences, tardiness, overtime, time banks)
Ensure adherence to internal policies and labor legislation
Centralize and standardize attendance-related processes
Support leadership and HR departments with guidance on working hours
Control and validate documents (justifications, days off, adjustments, etc.)
Identify improvements and automation opportunities
Prepare reports and metrics to support decision-making
