Develop persuasion skills and a results-oriented mindset Internal Sales Representative – (Telephone Sales) Job Description: We are seeking a professional to handle internal sales for corporate clients (Pessoa Jurídica). The candidate will be responsible for contacting and negotiating with clients via telephone, presenting credit solutions, and finalizing contracts. Main Responsibilities: * Make telephone contact with PJ clients interested in corporate credit. * Present business loan and financing options. * Negotiate credit terms, interest rates, and repayment periods with clients. * Guide the sales process through to contract finalization. * Support clients throughout the credit disbursement process. * Record client interactions and negotiations in internal systems or spreadsheets. * Meet sales targets and commercial performance indicators. Requirements: * Experience in telephone sales or active telemarketing. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Commercial mindset and results orientation. * Basic computer literacy. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience selling financial products, credit, or loans.
