Description: * Bachelor's degree; * Degree in Engineering or Production/Chemical/Food Technology, or related fields; * Solid experience in managing operator teams; * Experience supervising ETE, ETA and Utilities operations; * Desirable experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments; * Desirable experience in certification audits (SIF, FSC, ISO and customer); * Languages: Basic English. Scope of Activities: * Ensure compliance with site safety policies together with the entire operational team; * Guarantee the supply of potable water, industrial water, steam, compressed air, chilled water system to the entire production site through operational guidance and training of the team, monitoring shift reports and proposing solutions for non-conformities; supervise all ETE and ETA operations ensuring compliance with current legislation and meeting all operational indicators; * Manage costs and performance indicators to ensure achievement of Utilities area objectives and compliance with environmental and safety regulations; * Supervise laboratory analyses performed by the team and monitor analyses from external professionals, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions; * Manage and optimize the use of resources (water, electricity, steam and chemicals) used in the operation of ETA, ETE and Utilities; * Ensure development of department procedures by analyzing historical data and equipment manuals, summarizing key information and disseminating standardized procedures to facilitate process understanding; ensure clear and objective communication with internal and external support areas when necessary, as well as with superiors; * Work together with the production manager on improvement plans (PDCAs) related to safety, compliance, quality, production and costs; * Daily monitoring of the entire production process with reporting to the production manager; * Develop training programs for department employees by identifying needs and planning execution with the HR department; * Ensure operational team management including vacation planning, disciplinary actions, climate management, among others; * Define responsibilities of direct reports to achieve objectives; set priorities for the Maintenance team to execute services; * Conduct regular performance evaluations according to organizational policy; evaluate environmental aspects of processes and establish operational controls; * Participate in various site audits and promote the creation of action plans; * Develop and promote operational team involvement in RCA development; 2511020202231724762
