We are seeking a **Training Manager** to join our **Industrial Maintenance** team at the **Junqueira Biopark, Igarapava - SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Develop essential technical and operational competencies required for working in our bioparks—including process management, quality control, operational efficiency, and industrial safety; * Accelerate your professional development with emphasis on leadership and management skills, preparing you for positions of responsibility such as Process Manager; * Develop behavioral competencies—such as emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills—critical for effective teamwork and people management; * Experience and learn about various functional areas within the agro-industrial sector, broadening your perspective and creating new growth opportunities within the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree between 2020 and 2025 in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making and drive innovative solutions; * Passion for operations and people development, always striving to deliver tangible value to the business and society; * Experience in the agro-industrial sector is considered a plus but is not mandatory; * Willingness to relocate to the Igarapava - SP region **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process includes three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you will be informed if you progress): * Application — completion of this form and any additional data requested. * HR Interview — an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview — a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
