




Job Summary: The Training Instructor (HR) implements the Training & Development (T&D) strategy, designs and delivers technical training, creates supporting materials, and manages processes—with a focus on improving key performance indicators. Training Instructor (HR) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement the employee training and development strategy, supporting the design of initiatives aligned with Aeris’ culture and preparing employees both to excel in their current roles and to meet the company’s future demands; * Design and deliver operational technical training for Aeris professionals, using the annual technical training schedule, managing logistics and quotations for resources (training materials and production inputs), ensuring optimal cost\-effectiveness and material availability for training execution. * Create supporting materials, handouts, and visual presentations (PowerPoint or Canva) for internal training, and perform data tracking and dashboard creation using Excel and/or Power BI. * Standardize training processes, scheduling training sessions and managing requests for external training; * Generate reports and monitor training department KPIs, proposing action plans to correct deviations and ensuring compliance; * Conduct meetings with departments to provide training support, focusing on KPI improvement and proposing certification solutions for employees; * Respond to requests from Aeris University to resolve pending issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Technical knowledge of the production cycle, with basic cross-functional understanding of the following stages: Cutting & Kit, Layup & Infusion, Bonding & Closing, Finishing, Repairs, and Quality Process Inspection; * Familiarity with rotary tools; * Intermediate proficiency in Canva/PowerPoint. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of BI tools. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal Allowance; * Meals \- Company Restaurant or Meal Voucher (depending on location); * Life Insurance; * Transportation (dedicated route); * School Subsidy; * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Extended Maternity Leave; * Extended Paternity Leave; * In-House Medical Center (clinical, physiotherapy, nutritional, dental services, and laboratory tests); * Aeris University (numerous free online trainings with certificate issuance); * Christmas Kit. \#JOINAERIS Have you ever imagined being part of building a world powered by clean and renewable energy?
