Job Summary: The Training Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and creating training and e-learning programs, developing content, and monitoring metrics to support continuous improvement. SESC Partnership Language School Partnerships **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan, execute, and create training and e-learning programs. * Develop content in various formats (presentations, manuals, e-learnings, videos, and gamifications). * Organize, review, and standardize Training and Development processes, working collaboratively with partner departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. * Monitor and analyze training metrics, preparing reports and data analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement of development initiatives. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Commitment to deadlines. * Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience with training and e-learning. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong public speaking ability. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel). * Experience with training management systems. * Availability to work on-site. * Completed or ongoing degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, etc. * Flexibility to accommodate operational demands. * Communicative, empathetic, and collaborative profile. * Resilience and adaptability to different operational scenarios. * Strong contextual awareness and strategic vision. * Creativity in developing learning content and solutions. * Ability to influence and engage teams. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
