Description:
* Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (majors: HR Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields);
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Experience delivering technical and behavioral training.
Analyze and take responsibility for implementing and monitoring programs aimed at developing and training the company's available workforce;
Develop pedagogical materials, systematize studies, information, and experiences related to the subject taught, define methodology, resources, instructions, and select instructors;
Evaluate the results of one's work and recommend new programs within one's area of expertise;
Prepare budgets for external training and training program schedules.
Analyze training programs offered by the company for all hierarchical levels;
Prepare managerial reports containing HR-related information and statistical data to support decision-making and adjustments to policies or procedures;
Organize instructional resources for training events: projectors, audio/video equipment, manual assembly, handouts, supplementary distributed materials, attendance certificates, and other training materials;
