Seize opportunities along your journey and grow with us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there are no limits to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—all within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your routine on the BP team as a Telecom Technician?*** * Monitor telecom environments and resources, tracking incidents and escalations; * Perform provisioning, configuration, and validation of extensions, call queues, routing rules, and calls; * Support identification, reproduction, and triage of technical issues; * Conduct tests and validations in telephony and telecom environments; * Assist in maintenance activities, updates, and change management; * Monitor configurations and support related to SIP PBX, voice gateways, and networks; * Support analysts with operational demands and day-to-day tasks; * Provide support to internal users and partner departments; * Carry out activities following established technical procedures and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What do you need to join us?*** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking; * Experience in GNU/Linux environments; * Basic knowledge of SIP PBX; * Familiarity with voice gateways / Session Border Controller (SBC); * Experience in technical support, infrastructure, or telecom; * Organized and analytical profile; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Sense of responsibility and urgency; * Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn; * Resilience to operate in dynamic, operational environments; * Collaborative and committed attitude toward the team. ***What boosts your chances?*** * Familiarity with call center environments, IVR systems, dialers, or IP telephony; * Basic knowledge of scripting or automation (Python, Bash, or similar). **Additional Information** ***Work Schedule:*** * 8 hours per day (Monday through Saturday). ***Employment Model/Work Location:*** * CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract); * Downtown \- Curitiba / PR. ***Our Benefits:*** Fixed Salary; Performance Bonus; Meal Voucher of $31.00 per working day; Transportation Voucher; Career Development Plan; Multi-benefit Card; Life Insurance; SESC Membership University Partnerships; Corporate University; A day to relax—**"***Day Off*" on your birthday; "Just dress no code"—be yourself! ***For Your Health:*** Dental Plan; Gympass/Wellhub Psychological Support; If needed, we have physicians available at our units. **\#JoinBP** Hello!
