We work with high-end cementitious finishes, combining aesthetics and performance to transform spaces. **Your Mission** -------------- Ensure each project is technically viable, thoroughly detailed, and executed with quality—reducing risks, rework, and waste. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Conduct on-site surveys and measurements with technical and photographic documentation. * Support architects in developing construction details (tile layouts, sections, terminations, joints, and critical points). * Produce and review technical drawings (AutoCAD or adopted tools), ensuring standardization and clarity. * Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, minimizing procurement errors and waste. * Assess installation conditions (leveling, drainage, moisture, interferences) and flag technical risks. * Support product specification according to usage, traffic, maintenance, and project aesthetics. * Organize technical documentation: technical specifications, material lists, installation guidelines, and checklists. * Interface with manufacturing/operations for custom components and critical deadlines. * Monitor technical incidents and record evidence for analysis and continuous improvement. * Maintain an updated technical library (standards, CAD blocks, regulations, and best practices). * Support internal training and contribute to process improvements. **Requirements** -------------- ✔ Completed Technical Course in Building Construction (registered with CFT). ✔ Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. ✔ Experience in field measurements and construction detailing. ✔ Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical documentation organization. **Preferred Qualifications:** * 2–3 years of experience in construction sites or projects. * Experience with finishes, flooring, premium finishes, or architectural concrete. * Experience in high-end residential or corporate construction projects. **Profile We Seek** ----------------------- * Attention to detail and focus on quality. * Technical organization and discipline. * Proactivity in identifying risks and proposing solutions. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with architects, operations teams, and clients. * Commitment to delivering high standards. **Benefits** -------------- * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Transportation Voucher * Day Off * Educational Subsidy If you want to work on high-end projects, with real technical responsibility and room for growth, this opportunity is for you.
