We are looking for a Support Assistant to effectively and efficiently handle user requests through our ticketing tool GLPI, and when necessary, escalate requests to higher levels, proposing improvements and corrections for incidents and problems. **Responsibilities** * Interact with the business team, validating processes, resolving incidents and issues, and providing training on system usage; * Report errors and failures by opening tickets in the Senior ERP system; * Help diagnose and resolve issues with systems provided by the company; * Open user requests; * Triage, categorize, and prioritize user requests; * Propose updates to existing documentation in the knowledge base; * Provide clear and objective information requested by users; * Be clear and concise with users; * Respond efficiently and calmly; * Take care of equipment and materials provided by the company and used in performing duties. **Requirements** * Completed High School or pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems (desirable); * Knowledge of system and tool integration (ERP, CRM, payment systems); * Skills in requirements analysis and technical solution design; * Knowledge of Python and Node.js will be considered a plus. **What We Offer** * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * On-site meals; * Dental Plan by adhesion according to employee's choice; * SESC partnership; * Discounts on company products; * Shuttle service (subject to availability); * Pharmacy partnership; * TotalPass Thinking about your career?
