Focus on customer service quality This position is intended for professionals holding a Brazilian driver's license category B, owning a personal vehicle, and possessing leadership experience, seeking to work in the operational area with an external routine. We seek an organized, proactive, and communicative professional capable of managing teams, monitoring contracts, and ensuring service quality delivered to clients. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and monitor the teams' work plans, ensuring all operations proceed as agreed; * Conduct frequent client visits to closely monitor operations and service quality; * Verify key aspects such as uniform usage, workplace organization, time clock registration, and correct execution of tasks; * Communicate with clients to assess service delivery, collect feedback, and align improvements when necessary; * Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support whenever required; * Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring all demands are addressed; * Provide timely responses to client requests and incidents; * Control materials, equipment, and overall organization of workstations; * Record completed visits and report information to headquarters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in team leadership, particularly in operational areas (cleaning, services, facilities, or similar); * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B and personal vehicle (significant daily travel required); * Availability for external work, visiting various clients; * Strong communication skills, both with teams and clients; * Basic computer literacy (primarily for reporting and using mobile phones/laptops); **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience supervising contracts or third-party teams; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 23.55 per day; * Food basket (attendance/health) worth R$ 130.00; * Fuel reimbursement; * Optional health plan (Hapvida); * Potential bonuses through internal campaigns and goals. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: up to 12:00 PM **Other Important Information:** * External role involving frequent client visits (predominantly field-based routine) * Company provides laptop and mobile phone for task execution We are a human resources consulting firm specializing in People Management, founded and developed in Maranhão since 1995\.
