




Job Summary: The Tax Supervisor will coordinate the tax team, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, analyzing documentation, supervising ancillary obligations, and preparing management reports. Monitoring changes in tax and fiscal legislation Responsible for coordinating and supervising the tax department team, ensuring the company's compliance with tax and regulatory norms. Activities include analysis and validation of tax documentation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and Withholdings), supervision of preparation and submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, GIA, and EFD\-Reinf), interaction with competent authorities, and preparation of management reports related to the company's tax performance. Another responsibility of the Tax Supervisor is to provide support and guidance to the team and other departments, ensuring all processes comply with current legislation. The professional must monitor changes in tax and fiscal legislation and conduct training and updates for the team to optimize processes and minimize risks. Additionally, the Tax Supervisor will analyze documents and conduct internal audits to identify potential inconsistencies and propose solutions. The Tax Supervisor will also manage tax contingencies and interact with external auditors, ensuring all requirements are met. Another important aspect of the role includes continuous communication with other areas, such as accounting and finance, to align corporate strategies and objectives.
