Responsibilities * Lead the sales team by setting goals and objectives, and providing training and guidance; * Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners; * Develop and monitor departmental performance indicators jointly with the Sales Coordinator and Sales Manager, such as: daily targets, conversion rate, average transaction value, etc.; * Identify opportunities to improve sales support processes, proposing and implementing solutions aimed at optimizing sales; * Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to delivery timelines; * Train the team, providing necessary guidance and support to achieve established goals; * Participate in sales planning; * Negotiate product and service sales when required, aiming to retain high-potential customers; * Maintain open communication channels with other departments to exchange information and participate in the sales and continuous improvement processes; * Attend company meetings, client meetings, sales team meetings, events, and trade fairs; * Keep customer follow-ups up to date to exceed expectations and meet needs; * Continuously map the region and prospect new customers; * Supervise sales teams’ weekly/daily routines and schedules; * Act as a "solution provider" by delivering sales consulting services upon request; conduct visits to key customers to maintain relationships, ensure retention, and train the sales team. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Excel – Advanced level; * English – Intermediate level; * Negotiation techniques; * Knowledge of the sales process; * Product and market knowledge; * Understanding of customer profiles served; * Proactive communication and results orientation.
